Summary of Specifications:
Dated: May 27, 2016: The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to design, furnish equipment and materials and install an irrigation system and other related services for Hamlin Boulevards. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills at the Purchasing Division Office (Lower Level), 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309 until EXACTLY 3:00 P.M. (local time), TUESDAY, June 21, 2016, at which time and place the names of proposers will be read. Proposal security shall be a bond provided by a surety company acceptable to the City, which is authorized to do business in the State of Michigan or certified check, equivalent to five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal, and shall be delivered to the City with the sealed proposal. The City of Rochester Hills officially distributes bid documents from the Purchasing Division or through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Copies of bid documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. The first step to do business with the City is to become a registered vendor by visiting the City website at www.rochesterhills.org, select City Services, Purchasing and Vendor Registration to link to the MITN website. Final proposal results will be posted on the MITN website after award. Any deviation from the specifications must be noted on the proposal.
