Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is interested in obtaining proposals for the design, furnishing and installation of an irrigation system and concrete paving for Livernois Boulevard, as well as provide other related services for the enhancement of the appearance of the boulevard areas. The successful proposer shall provide all design, materials, equipment, and labor necessary and place in working operation a complete irrigation system and concrete paving of select boulevard areas. All necessary controls, motors, fittings, and all other equipment and materials are part of Contractor’s work. All work shall be performed in a professional, cost efficient and timely manner. The awarded contractor shall be responsible for the entire project including, but not limited to, design, coordination of all work and the outcome of the project. It is the City’s objective to obtain an effective design and a reliable product to assist in enhancing the appearance of Livernois Boulevard for years to come. Contractor shall design an irrigation system to provide watering for the lawn in the Livernois Boulevards. The design shall include designated sections to be paved with colored concrete (color to be selected by the City). The attached map of Livernois Boulevard outlines the grass and concrete areas.
