Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills wishes to obtain proposals from qualified contractor(s) to completely demolish and remove two residential homes, accessory structures and other related services for properties located at 1150 S. Livernois and 276 W. Auburn in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary for demolition including removal and disposal of debris, and site restoration including fill, grading and seeding the site.
