Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills wishes to obtain proposals from qualified contractor(s) to completely demolish and remove an industrial manufacturing building, silos and any other structural elements located at 1600 Hamlin Road, Rochester Hills, Michigan. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary for demolition including removal and disposal of debris, fill and grading.

The City of Rochester Hills will conduct a MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting at 1600 Hamlin Road, Rochester Hills, Michigan on WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 4, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. (north side of Hamlin Road between Crooks Road and Avon Road).
