Dated: December 9, 2015, The City of Rochester Hills is accepting proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide demolition services for one (1) commercial City-owned building and other related services. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 until 3:00 P.M. Local Time, Thursday, January 21, 2016, at which time the name of submitting proposers will be read. Site visits may be pre-arranged by contacting Bob White, Supervisor of Building Services. Questions are due by January 7, 2016 by 11:00 A.M. The City of Rochester Hills officially distributes bid/proposal documents from the Purchasing Division or through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Copies of bid/proposal documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain bid/proposal documents from either the Purchasing Division or the MITN System are guaranteed access to receive addendum information, if such information is issued. Final proposal results will be posted on the MITN website after award. Scope of Work The City of Rochester Hills wishes to obtain proposals from qualified contractor(s) to completely demolish and remove one (1) residential home and other remaining items, debris and material and related services for property located at 2230 Hickory Leaf in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary for demolition including removal and disposal of debris, and site restoration including fill and grading the site.
