The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations for a blanket purchase order for inspection and repair of the City’s overhead bridge cranes. The blanket will be for a period of three years and the pricing must be guaranteed for the entire term of the blanket.

Specifications The blanket will cover the bi-annual inspection program furnishing labor and equipment to inspect, lubricate and make adjustments on the overhead bridge cranes to comply with OSHA requirements. Listed below are the number of units and type of cranes to be serviced.
• 1 Unit – Type: Bridge Crane, trolley motor, radio controlled; Installer: Michigan Crane; Capacity: 7.5 ton • 1 Unit - Type: Bridge Crane, trolley motor, pendant controlled; Installer: Michigan Crane; Capacity: 7.5 ton
All inspections and tests shall be in full compliance with applicable OSHA standards, rules and regulations. Certification from the vendor that all testing is in full compliance with all applicable OSHA standards, rules and regulations shall be furnished to the City upon completion of the testing. A copy of inspection documents will be provided to the City to maintain in the department’s safety records manual. These documents will list in detail all items inspected and their conditions.
