Unit pricing is requested, FOB Destination City of Rochester Hills, 511 East Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307. If you are interested in providing a quotation, please fill in the following information and fax or mail back. Due Date: WEDNESDAY, JUNE 29, 2011. Only those persons designated above are authorized to seek additional information from prospective vendors regarding their bid proposals. Correspondence or inquiries made directly to vendors regarding their bid proposals from all other persons are to be directed to those City employees designated above for appropriate review and response. All inquiries shall be made in writing, on or before Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at 12:00 noon (local time), in order that a written response in the form of an addendum can be processed before the bids are opened. Scope of Work: The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations for the purchase and installation of one (1) new, current production model Contractor Body and Equipment furnished with all components and accessories described herein installed on a 2011 GMC TC31403 Sierra 3500. The cab and chassis will be provided by the City of Rochester Hills. The body shall be installed so that the unit will operate in the designed parameters of the truck fully loaded, performing typical duties associated with storage and transportation of tools utilized when performing concrete road repairs. The equipment shall perform while being operated under the identified operations without any stress or deformation of any part of the truck or body.
