RFP-RH-07-039 - Communication Tower/Monopole

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is interested in obtaining proposals for the design, furnishing and installing of an 80-foot base communications tower/monopole with the ability to extend if required in the future to 160 foot. The successful proposer shall provide a turnkey project, including all materials, equipment, and labor necessary and place in working operation a complete system for radio communications. All necessary hardware and all other equipment and materials are part of Contractor’s work. All work shall be performed in a professional, cost efficient and timely manner. The awarded contractor shall be responsible for the entire project including, but not limited to, coordination of all work and the outcome of the project. It is the City’s objective to obtain a reliable product and completed installation to provide an effective structure for the radio communications requirements for the City.
