Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills Building Department is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide building, electrical, plumbing and mechanical plan review services for commercial and industrial projects in accordance with the State of Michigan construction codes for a 2-year term (2007 and 2008).

Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills, at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 until 3:00 p.m. local time, on November 6, 2006, at which time and place proposers names will be publicly read aloud.
