The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations for a two-year blanket purchase order for cold weather work-wear. The work-wear must be available to obtain in various amounts, sizes and at various times during the contract period. Unit prices are requested, FOB City of Rochester Hills, Department of Public Service, 511 E. Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307 but shipments could be made to other City of Rochester Hills locations. Specifications/Scope of Work: Companies are to bid on Carhartt brand outerwear only. The City requires bidding companies to have sufficient stock of required outerwear available at all times. Non-oversized garments must be shipped and received by the City within two weeks of the order date. The City also requires the bidding company to provide, in a reasonable time frame, oversized garments. The quantities shall be ordered as determined by the City. The City has roughly ninety persons that are eligible for outerwear. Replacements are done on an as needed basis with no scheduled replacement policy. The quote form contains general items that are used as a basis for the overall evaluation. The blanket purchase order will include, but will not be limited to the items listed herein.
