Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified professional companies to perform on-call and scheduled Citywide Confidential Document Destruction Services onsite at various City buildings and sites for a period of three (3) years. Sealed Proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills, at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 until 3:00 p.m. local time, on August 6, 2008 @ 3:00 p.m., at which time and place proposers names will be publicly read aloud. **** All correspondence or inquires from interested firms regarding this proposal shall be directed to the attention of Marilyn Paulsen-Tomaszewski, CPPB, Purchasing Analyst, City of Rochester Hills, Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309, telephone 248.841.2539. All inquires shall be made in writing by July 23, 2008 at 11:00 a.m., in order that a written response in the form of an addendum can be processed before the proposals are opened, if such information would be of significance to uninformed proposers.
