Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations for a two-year blanket purchase order for Carhartt cold weather work-wear. Pricing must be firm for term of blanket.
The work-wear must be available to obtain in various amounts, sizes and at various times during the contract period. The City requests “delivered pricing” (FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid and Allowed) for this contract and vendor is required to include any and all applicable shipping charges in the unit price. Most items ordered will be delivered to City of Rochester Hills, Department of Public Service, 511 E. Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307; however shipments could be made to other locations within the City of Rochester Hills.

Only those persons designated above are authorized to seek additional information from prospective vendors regarding their bid proposals. Correspondence or inquiries made directly to vendors regarding their bid proposals from all other persons are to be directed to those City employees designated above for appropriate review and response. All inquiries shall be made on or before Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at 12:00 noon (local time), in order that a written response in the form of an addendum can be processed before the bids are opened. Inquires received after this date will not be considered.
