Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills and Older Persons’ Commission requires SNOW REMOVAL SERVICE FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDED HOME CHORE PROGRAM – 2006-2007 WINTER SEASON for qualified residents 62 years of age and older and handicapped residents to the extent that CDBG funds are available.

Bids will be accepted for snow removal services during the 2006-2007 Winter Season for locations within the City of Rochester Hills.

The method of snow removal may be shoveling, blowing, brooming or plowing. The areas to be cleared include the driveway from the garage to the street and access to home entrance, which may include sidewalks, porch, steps or walkways. The sizes of the driveways vary.
