Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified firms to provide all materials, labor and surface preparation required to design, fabricate and install an exterior building identification entrance sign mounted directly onto the building above the Fire Department Bay Doors at the City of Rochester Hills Fire Department Headquarters, 1111 Horizon Court, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309. The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, materials, supplies, necessary insurance, expertise, trades, supervision and competent, suitable and qualified personnel to perform the work required. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to determine and provide all materials required and incorporate all such items in their cost quotation.
