Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting bids for building entrance and other exterior repairs at the Public Safety Building including removal and replacement of concrete walks, waterproofing of sub-wall, drain tile, new handrail and concrete epoxy repairs. The City of Rochester Hills seeks the services of a qualified contractor to perform the construction services needed to complete this project in a professional, cost effective and timely manner. The contractor will be responsible for the hiring of all sub-trade contractors, the coordination of their work and the outcome of the project. Weather dependent, the City anticipates the start of the project on December 15, 2005, with completion of the project on January 31, 2006.
A NON-MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting has been scheduled for WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. beginning at the Public Safety Building, 1111 Horizon Court, Rochester Hills, Michigan.
Drawings titled "Demolition Plans, Floor Plan, Sections, Details and Elevations" are free of charge and available for pick-up at the Rochester Hills Purchasing Office beginning Friday, November 11th. The drawings will also be available at the above mentioned non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting.
