Summary of Specifications:
The City is seeking bids on BITUMINOUS COLD PATCHING MATERIAL. The complete specifications are enclosed for your review. The proposal will be to furnish bituminous cold patching materials for January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008. The bid will be for a period of one (1) year, with an option to renew for one (1) additional year. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any defect or irregularity in bids. The City reserves the right to accept any separate item in the bid; and to accept the bid that, in the opinion of the City, is to the best advantage and interest of the public we serve.
