Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified companies to provide a one (1) year service agreement for its Bell & Howell 2600 Microfilm Reader/Printer, Serial Number 3624379; the existing Service Agreement expires on June 11, 2009. The Service Agreement shall be for a term commencing June 12, 2009 and expiring on June 11, 2010. Note: The combo carrier enables it to handle a variety of microfilm formats. It cannot search blips on the film. Its bi-model printing makes positive copies from negative or positive film. Bi-Mode Kit was included with the purchase. The machine was entered as a fixed asset on April 1, 1997.
