Project Description The City of Rochester Hills (herein referred to as the “City”) is requesting quotations from qualified and experienced firms to provide all materials, labor, necessary insurance, equipment, expertise, trades and permits to do roof replacement for (2) pavilions located within Avondale Park and re-attachment of (1) gutter at Fire Station #5. Optional pricing is being requested for snow shields to be installed on the metal roof at Fire Station #5. The City of Rochester Hills Facilities Division has provided specifications and requirements, which will assist in the procurement of the highest quality services possible to meet the requirements and needs of the City.
