ITB-RH-11-027 - Avon Creek Restoration-Phase II

Summary of Specifications:
Phase II includes restoring up to 600 ft of Avon Creek to a meandering stream at the original floodplain elevation by creating a new channel next to the old, rerouting the pond outlet to the new channel, plus additional habitat improvements to approx 400 ft of the creek to a point of ending 275 ft upstream of the confluence with the Clinton River. The City will utilize the US Dept of Interior, Fish & Wildlife Service funds for the labor and mateirals for this project.
