Sealed bids for ONE (1) Articulated Municipal Tractor will be received by the City of Rochester Hills at the Purchasing Division/Fiscal Team, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 until 11:00 A.M., Local Time, Tuesday, July 7, 2009, at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The complete specifications for the Articulated Municipal Tractor bid are enclosed for your review. Please login to MITN to download bid document. The City of Rochester Hills officially distributes bid documents from the Purchasing Division or through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Copies of bid documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain bid documents from either the Purchasing Division or the MITN System are guaranteed access to receive addendum information, if such information is issued.
