The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified companies to perform preventive maintenance and service on its Argonite Fire Suppression System installed in the Computer Room and Phone Room of the City of Rochester Hills, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309, in compliance with National Fire Protection Association standards, numbers and recommendations of equipment manufacturers for a period to expire on December 31, 2016; the City reserves the right to exercise an option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. A Voluntary Walk-Through will be held on November 5, 2015 @ 10:00 a.m. to become familiar with the premises specified, provide a forum for questions/answers and the work to be performed according to the contract and specifications. Contractors are to arrive at the Rochester Hills Municipal Offices, Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan. Attendance at the Walk-Through is NOT mandatory in order to submit a quotation. Contractors not in attendance at the Walk-Through will be eligible to quote on this project. Only the person designated above is authorized to seek additional information from prospective firms regarding their Quotation.
