Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and experienced firms for Air Duct Cleaning Services at the Rochester Hills Municipal Building, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills, at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309, on March 28, 2006 until 3:00 p.m. local time, at which time and place proposers names will be publicly read aloud. A Mandatory Walk-Through will be held on March 17, 2006 @ 10:00 a.m. at the Rochester Hills City Hall Municipal Building, Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills, Rochester Hills, Michigan to become familiar with the premises specified, the work to be performed according to the contract and specifications and to provide a forum for questions/answers; the deadline for questions will be at the conclusion of the Mandatory Walk-Through. ATTENDANCE AT THE WALK-THROUGH IS MANDATORY IN ORDER TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL. Contractors not in attendance at the Walk-Through will NOT be eligible to submit a proposal on this project. Contractor is responsible for all measurements when preparing this Request for Proposal. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to determine quantities of any special materials required and incorporate any such items in his/her cost.
