The City is seeking bids on AGGREGATES FOR 2007 AND 2008 – ASPHALT PAVING MATERIALS, 22A ROAD GRAVEL, 5G SLAG, 22X SLAG AND BITUMINOUS COLD PATCHING MATERIALS, BID FORMS A, B, C.

The complete specifications for the AGGREGATES FOR 2007 AND 2008 are enclosed for your review.

The proposal will be to furnish aggregates for January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2008. The bid will be for a period of two (2) years

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any defect or irregularity in bids. The City reserves the right to accept any separate item in the bid; and to accept the bid that, in the opinion of the City, is to the best advantage and interest of the public we serve.
