Summary of Specifications:
SCOPE OF WORK Part A – Local Streets Asphalt Rehabilitation: Grosse Pines and Vintage Estates Subdivisions The typical existing road cross section consists of approximately 9 inches of HMA pavement with mountable concrete curb and gutter placed over existing subgrade. The rehabilitated pavement section will consist of 2 inches of HMA, 5E3 overlay after full width 2 inch depth surface milling. Also, construction of ADA compliant pathway ramps at various major road intersection approaches. Part B – Cross Creek Subdivision Speed Humps. This work consists of constructing 3 HMA speed humps per the City standard detail. The location map and speed hump detail are located in on the plan set detail sheets.
