Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced companies to provide supervision, labor, equipment, services and expertise required to perform landscaping services, including lawn mowing and shrub trimming at various City locations for the 2007 season; the City reserves the right to exercise an option to renew for one additional 1-year period. Contractors can pick-up, at the Rochester Hills Municipal Building, Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309, a paper copy or CD (in Adobe) of aerials showing the specified locations.
