The work consists of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment required to reconstruct 1,150 Feet of Seymour Street in the City of Richmond. Work includes approximately 3,500 SY of crushing, shaping, and compacting existing HMA road surface, 800 Tons of new HMA pavement, 350 Ton of Aggregate Shoulder, 1,600 LF of ditching, 350 LF of culvert replacement, 2,500 SY of restoration, and all associated work as shown on the Drawings or specified in the project documents.
