Provide a detailed technical proposal and cost proposal to furnish all labor, material and equipment to remove and replace the upper and lower bearing assemblies on the Wastewater Treatment Plant’s (WWTP) 84-inch diameter spiral lift screw pump No. 1. Work requires removing the existing 200 horsepower motor and temporarily blocking primary flow to screw pump No. 1, install new bearing assemblies, replace motor, reinstate flow, and perform pump start up for a complete project per contract documents.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 100 Merchant Street, Port Huron, Michigan 48060.
A representative of each company submitting a proposal/bid must attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting and sign in. Proposals received from companies without a representative on the sign-in sheet will be considered non-responsive and not opened.
