Sealed proposals must be received by the City of Port Huron, City Clerk’s Office, 1st Floor, City of Port Huron, 100 McMorran Boulevard, Port Huron, Michigan 48060 on or before 3:00 p.m., on Friday, April 25, 2025. LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. All firms should submit two separate sealed envelopes, one marked “Technical Proposal” and one marked “Sealed Dollar Cost Bid” within a sealed envelope marked “Annual Auditing Services”. We cannot be responsible for any proposal not marked as stated above. Please refer to Section VI Proposal Requirements in the RFP.
The City reserves the right to retain all proposals submitted. By submitting a proposal, you agree to accept the conditions contained in this RFP, unless exceptions are clearly and specifically noted in the proposal submitted. There is no express or implied obligation by the City of Port Huron to reimburse any expenses incurred in responding to this Request for Proposal. The responding firm proposes and agrees to furnish the service according to all terms, scope of work, conditions, specifications, and amendments in the Request for Proposal, except as otherwise herein provided.
