The City of Port Huron is requesting sealed proposals from qualified proposers to operate a Supportive Services program as a subrecipient of City of Port Huron.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to solicit proposals from experienced and established agencies interested in operating the City of Port Huron's HOME-ARP Supportive Services programming. Only proposers with demonstrable knowledge and experience in similar services and programs may apply.

Proposals will be publicly opened at the time stated above. Any questions must be directed in writing to thomasj@porthuron.org no later than January 6, 2026 at 12 pm. The City will issue a response on or before January 7, 2026 at 12 pm. The response will be in the form of an addendum, which will be available on MITN. https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn.
