All attachments, submission of questions, and bids must be submitted using the BuildingConnected platform. The construction firm Clark | White a Joint Venture will facilitate the sealed bid process for the City of Pontiac. Bids must be submitted via BuildingConnected by July 22 at 5:00 PM EDT to be considered for this project. Late bids will not be considered or accepted. All bids timely received will be opened and read aloud at 5:30 PM EDT on July 22, 2025. (Refer to Documents Section of this solicitation).
