RFP-0060 - City-Wide Speed Cushion Installation

The City of Pontiac is seeking qualified vendors to provide speed cushions at various locations throughout the 
city. The estimated quantities involved in this work consist principally of the following: 
Description Speed Cushion 105 EA Speed Cushion Warning Signage 210 EA
A certified check or a satisfactory surety bid bond for a sum not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the 
proposal will be required with each proposal as a guarantee of good faith and same to be subject to the 
conditions stipulated in the Instructions to Bidders. The bidder will be required to comply with Michigan 
statutory prohibitions against discrimination in employment and with employment opportunities for City of 
Pontiac residents. No proposal once submitted may be withdrawn for at least 90 days after the actual opening 
of the bids. The right to accept any proposal, to reject any or all proposals, and to waive defects in proposals, is 
reserved by the City.
