The City of Oak Park is seeking a naming-rights and/or sponsorship partner for the newly constructed Oak Park Event Hub, a premier multipurpose community venue located at the heart of our vibrant municipal campus. Encompassing nearly 8,000 square feet, this dynamic community asset will serve as the central gathering point for the City’s signature events, cultural celebrations, and year-round programming. Designed for flexibility and high engagement, the Event Hub will feature a commercial kitchen, expansive open event space, seating for 200+ guests, eight roll-up garage doors that connect seamlessly to outdoor areas, a fire pit, and generous lawn seating. Adjacent to the facility is a newly built bandshell and amphitheater that will host live entertainment and performances throughout the year. Scheduled to open in Summer 2026, the Oak Park Event Hub is poised to become the premier mid-sized event destination in Southeast Oakland County. The venue is expected to welcome thousands of residents and visitors annually and host a wide array of events, including regional and statewide gatherings, weddings, birthdays, family reunions, corporate functions, and numerous community festivals. By partnering with the City of Oak Park, sponsors will have a unique opportunity to align their brand with a high-visibility, high-impact community landmark that enhances local culture, drives economic activity, and brings people together.
