Description

The City Clerk of Monroe, Michigan will receive electronic proposals until 10:00 a.m. (local time), on Monday, October 9, 2023, for Monroe Water Treatment Plant Chemical Building Roof Renewal, through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN) online bidding website. The bids will be publicly open and read aloud via a Zoom on line meeting at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 9, 2023, so as to recommend an award at the Monroe City Council meeting on October 16, 2023. Anyone that would like to participate in the bid opening must send a request email to edward.sell@monroemi.gov to receive an email invitation to the opening.

The project site may be inspected Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm. Contact Chris Knight, WTP Superintendent, at (734) 241-5947 Ext. 6 to set up appointment.

Bids will be held for at least 30 days.

The contractor shall submit a lump sum bid for the total project. The contractor’s bid shall include all purchases, delivery, material, labor, equipment, construction equipment, transportation, etc. necessary to complete the project. No Sub-contracting is allowed for this project.
