2022-012 - Utility Bill Printing and Mailing for the City of Monroe RFP

The City of Monroe (City) is requesting proposals from qualified companies to print and mail utility bills to City customers.

Submittals are due on or before the submission deadline noted above.  All submittals must be delivered electronically through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN) at www.bidnetdirect/mitn.  Proposals will be opened at 11:00 am on December 5, 2022 via Zoom.  Anyone interested in viewing the opening may email edward.sell@monroemi.gov to receive the virtual meeting instructions.  Any proposals received later than the submission deadline will not be accepted/considered.  The City will not be responsible for late submission regardless of the reason.

This solicitation does not commit the City of Monroe to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a proposal, or to procure or contract for services. The City of Monroe reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of this Request for Proposal, or to cancel it in part or in its entirety if it is in the best interest of the City of Monroe.
