RFQ - 4612 - RFQ 4612 - Grace A. Dow Memorial Library Generator Eng. RFQ & Cost Proposals

Sealed proposals will be accepted until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 13, 2026 to provide the City of Midland with engineering qualifications & cost proposals for a new generator system at the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library, per the attached specifications and standard instructions. Technical questions shall be directed to Tyler Abbs, Facilities Manager at purchasing@midland-mi.org.

The City of Midland is soliciting qualifications and cost proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for the evaluation, selection, and design of a new natural gas generator system for the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library. The selected engineer will assess the existing electrical infrastructure and determine the most practical and cost-effective generator solution for the facility.
