Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, March 18, 2025 to provide the City of Midland Engineering Department with engineering services, in accord with the attached specifications and standard instructions. The City desires to have a more formalized and balanced plan in the form of an asset management plan, which includes projects for maintenance, rehabilitation and replacement of traffic and pedestrian signals.
The City is seeking bids for the creation of a Traffic Signal Asset Management Plan, hereinafter referred to as the “Plan”. The Plan shall provide condition assessments of the City’s 71 65 (addendum update) existing signalized intersections. The Consultant shall use the condition assessment data to define projects that include maintenance, rehabilitation and replacement of traffic and pedestrian signals. The Plan shall include a proposed yearly schedule for the City’s implementation of the proposed projects.
