In response to COVID 19, the bid submission process has been temporarily adjusted from physical bid submission to an emailed only process. Bid response forms will be due by 1:00 pm on May 19, 2020 and should be submitted by email only to purchasing@midland-mi.org as an attachment. Email subject line should read “BID 4079 – Munters Air Conditioning Unit Replacement”. Hard copy bids will not be accepted. After email submission bidder will receive a confirmation email indicating receipt of the submission. Bid attachments will not be opened until 2:00 pm on Tuesday May 19, 2020 via a phone conference call (989) 837- 5750 pin 8851 to meet public opening requirement.
