The City of Melvindale Civic Arena Field House ADA Restroom Renovations includes the creation of exterior entrances to new restrooms to be created inside the existing Field House on the northwest corner for patrons of the park to have accessible access to public restrooms. The anticipated start date, weather permitting, is December 2025 and substantially completed by April 2026 with final completion by May 2026. This project is Federally Funded and requires Davis Bacon Prevailing Wages.
This Project is funded through CMF and all relevant State and/or Federal Requirements apply.
