Description

The City of Madison Heights is accepting sealed proposals for Custodial Services for City Hall, Active Adult Center, Library, Police Department, 43rd District Court and Department of Public Services buldings. Please read the attached carefully. Mandatory pre bid walk throughs will be held on Monday August 14th - vendors MUST RSVP for a walk through by calling 248-583-0828 no later than 4:30 pm on Wednesday August 9th. Sealed proposals are due to the City Clerk's Office prior to 11am on Wednesday, August 23rd.

Please note that ONLY two representatives per vendor may attend. Vendors MUST preregister by calling 248-583-0828 by 4:30 pm Wednesday August 9th.
Tours will begin at 8:30 am and vendors will receive their specific time slot when they call 248-583-0828 to RSVP. The City reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to assign alternate dates depending on response.
Failure to register on time for the walk through, not appearing for the assigned time or appearing late for the assigned time WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
