Important Note to Vendors:
Unit cost on above to include delivery to job site within Livonia city boundaries.

Delivery shall be at time requested or within one hour of time requested if order to supplier is made before 3:30 p.m. of the previous day. If concrete is ordered the same day, your cooperation as to delivery time is appreciated.

“Cash discounts” for the prompt payment of invoices not exceeding 2% will not be considered in the awarding of bids, unless bids are equal. Discounts over 2% will be considered a “trade discount”, and will be considered in the awarding of the bid.

Multiple stop charges up to 3 per load, if any, to be included in per yard price, not as a separate charge.

Concrete mix designs must be submitted to the City for approval.

Bid price to remain firm from May 1, 2012 through April 30, 2013.
