SNOW REMOVAL - HOUSING
The City of Livonia will receive sealed bids for SNOW REMOVAL – HOUSING according to the specifications of the City of Livonia.
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 P.M., prevailing Eastern Time, Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at which time bids will be opened and read. Bids shall be in accordance with the requirements of this notice to be deemed “responsive”. Late bids will not be considered.
Instructions and specifications may be obtained by registering with the Michigan Inter-Governmental Trade Network (MITN) at www/mitn.info
All Addendums will be posted on the MITN website. Any information not obtained from the MITN website should not be relied upon.
Bids received via the MITN website by the specified due date and time will be publicly opened at the due date and time via Zoom. Vendors may attend the bid opening virtually by using the following credentials:

No vendor may withdraw their bid within 120 calendar days after the date set for opening thereof.
MANDATORY PREBID MEETING
A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at 10:00 am at the MCNAMARA TOWERS (19300 Purlingbrook, Livonia, MI 48152). Bids will not be considered by firms not in attendance at the mandatory prebid meeting.
The City reserves the right to accept any or all alternative bids and award a contract to other than the lowest bidder, to waive any irregularities or informalities or both; to reject any or all bids; to subdivide the award, and in general to make the award of the contract in any manner deemed by the City, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the City of Livonia.
