Summary of Specifications:
Proposals are requested from qualified firms to furnish all labor, material, equipment and supervision to clean and restore exterior limestone facade of Civic Center library located at 32777 5 Mile Rd Livonia MI. In addition to exterior cleaning the restoration work shall include but is not limited to repointing all failed or deteriorated mortar joints located within the limestone belts to match the original condition, repairing all spalled limestone or other surfaces and any necessary recaulking and refinishing of joints. All proposals should also include an optional method of sealing the prepared surfaces after the restoration is completed.
