The City of Lincoln Park is accepting sealed bids from Contractors. The proposed project consists of the concrete road reconstruction of Ferris Avenue from White Avenue to Southfield.
This Project includes the Remove and Replacement of 2,400 square yards of eight (8) inch concrete pavement, 600 square feet of four (4) inch concrete sidewalk, 265 square yards of six (6) inch concrete drive approach and 600 square feet of seven (7) inch concrete sidewalk ramps. The project also includes installation of four (4) Drainage structures and 200 LFT of 12-Inch reinforced concrete storm sewer pipes. The anticipated start date, weather permitting is May 15, 2023, and substantially completed by August 15, 2023 with final completion by August 30, 2023.
