The City of Lansing, Counties of Ingham and Eaton, State of Michigan (the “City”) is seeking proposals from investment banking firms interested in serving as senior managing underwriter for the issuance of bonds or notes for new money or refunding purposes (each a “Proposed Financing”) for the City, or one or more of its Authorities, consisting of the Lansing Building Authority (“LBA”), the Tax Increment Finance Authority of Lansing (“TIFA”), the Lansing Brownfield Redevelopment Authority (“LBRA”), and the Lansing Entertainment Public Facility Authority (“LEPFA”) (collectively, “Authorities”).
