Description of Project: The Work consists of full roof tear-off and replacement of approximately 14,000 square feet of existing built-up roofing on 9 buildings at the Lansing Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP). The new roofing work will consist of new tapered insulation, cover board, SBS modified roofing membrane, flashings, new wood blocking, new metal fascia, equipment curb replacement and limited roof drain replacement.
