ITB-13-003 - AS NEEDED ELECTRICAL SERVICES

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Lansing (City) is seeking an electrical contractor to perform as-needed electrical service projects at the Lansing Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and remote pumping stations. This will be a three-year contract with up to 2 one-year extensions. Companies submitting bids must also complete the enclosed Contractor Qualification Questionnaire. The successful company will be the lowest cost, qualified firm. Prevailing wages must be paid. The projects will consist of installing and repairing power, control, data communication and video surveillance systems and variable frequency drives. These systems, many of them in hazardous environments, monitor, control and provide power for wastewater treatment equipment and systems. Failure to submit the questionnaire or submitting incomplete information may result in disqualification.
