The project consists of the removal of approximately 1,000 syds of existing asphalt pavement, approximately 300 syd of sidewalk, and approximately 800 lft of existing curb. The project shall consist of the installation of approximately 150 tons of HMA, approximately 2,200 sft of sidewalk, approximately 420 feet of 18” concrete storm sewer, and approximately 800 linear feet of curb and gutter.
Copies of Plans and Specifications and Proposal Forms shall be available on or after Friday, June 28, 2019 at the offices of Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc., Consulting Engineers, 555 Hulet Drive, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan 48302‑0360.
A non-refundable payment of SEVENTY-FIVE ($75.00) Dollars, CHECK ONLY, payable to “Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc.” will be required for each set of Drawings and Specifications. Drawings and Specifications can be shipped by U.P.S. ground for a shipping and handling charge of FIFTEEN ($15.00) Dollars, CHECK ONLY, non-refundable, to Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. The Bidder is advised that to submit a bid on this project, the Bidder must have purchased a set of Drawings and Specifications from Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc.
