The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities: Purchase and installation of a playscape set with swings and/or stand-alone features that is/are suited for the 5-12 age group with a minimum of seven (7) ADA accessible/inclusive play opportunities in the play feature(s)

Prospective bidders are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting on 11:00 am, Thursday, October 23, 2025, MLK Rec Center, 1107 Adrian St., Jackson MI 49203. The meeting will be held on-site at the existing baseball field, located south of the basketball courts.. Any questions concerning contract documents or specifications will be addressed at this meeting. This will give companies contemplating submitting a bid a chance to examine the locations of the proposed service/goods and receive interpretations of the contract documents.
Bidders will be required to meet the City of Jackson's pre-qualification requirements prior to bid opening. Bidders must be prequalified for Certified Playground Installer.
