Sealed bids must be submitted to the City Clerk, City of Highland Park, 12050 Woodward Avenue, Highland Park, MI 48203 no later than noon on 3/27/24. Electronic bids will NOT be accepted. Public recording of bids will occur at the Highland Park City Council meeting on 4/1/24 at 7:00 p.m.
Bid must be submitted on the Bid Sheet attached to the RFQ (Attachment B).
