The City of Highland Park is issuing this RFP for street sweeping services. Services will be provided to complete street sweeping on all major and local streets within Highland Park two times per year per the Scope of Work (Attachment “A”). All streets will be swept in June and October with the exception of 2025 when the first sweep will be in July or negotiated. Price proposals should be submitted on "Exhibit C" included in the RFP.
